Cultural Development to 2020 and Beyond…

On March 4 2014, the Colorado Convention Center was excited to be a part of the Launch of Imagine 2020, Denver's Cultural Plan. Speakers Kent Rice, Amy Harmon, Mayor Michael B. Hancock all demonstrated their passion for the project at the press conference showcasing one of Imagine 2020's top priorities, increasing the visibility of local artistic and creative talent. Within the next 6 years more art will be purchased and displayed throughout the city. The public art is just a small piece to the Imagine 2020 project so keep your eyes peeled for the new art popping up in Denver as you never know when you will see another giant Blue statue making its home in the Mile High!
