    Food and Beverage is a very important part of the event planning process and should not be overlooked. One of the top five reasons people attend events is because of the food. It is important to not only stay up to date on meeting trends but food and beverage trends as well.

          Organic goes beyond food and now to the cocktail hour with micro-distilled liquor and organic wine

    7.   Healthy Options

          Fruit and vegetable side options or a vegetarian entree gives attendees the "smart" dietary choice
