Are you ready for the Tournament?

You don't want to miss out on this spectacular event!  Held only twice a year at a world class facility; Seo's Martial Arts will be hosting their Semi-Annual Tournament at the Colorado Convention Center.

The Tournament is not only about competition.  At Seo's Martial Arts, we believe it plays a key role in one of the many disciplines martial arts teached everyone...Confidence!  Your presentation is one of the most important parts of competition.  Being loud in your presentation is sure to show the judges your confidence!

Here are a few reminders to help you:

•     Wear full uniform with belt and patches (be sure uniform is clean and neatly pressed)
•     Long hair should be neatly tied/pulled back.
•     Be sure you have all your safety equipment in your bag.  Don't forget your mouthpieces!
•     Get a good night's rest the day before and eat a healthy breakfast in the morning.

Stay in the know.  If there are any questions you have, please be sure to address then before the Tournament as staff members wil be busy running the event.
