Teachers, you should have received an email from your district governor with a password for the zip file. If you have not heard from your governor by the morning of Monday, September 18, please contact your governor directly. Colorado Middle All State Choir offers 7th and 8th grade students in Colorado a chance to perform alongside the best middle school singers across the state in one of our three elite ensembles: Triplo, Mescolare, and Cambiato. Designed to be a transition between the Elementary and High School All State models, CMASC requires students to audition with a prepared piece and demonstrate their technical skills, but ensures students from all CMEA Districts are representated at the event. The two-day festival is held at the Colorado Convention Center, where students rehearse and perform with 400+ similarly talented, motivated, and dedicated singers under the direction of elite clinicians from around the country. The culminating concert is held on the final evening in the 5,000-seat Bellco Theatre, and is open to the public.Important Dates for the 2024 Colorado Middle All State Choir
- Friday, October 6th, 2023 — Audition Submission Deadline. All audition materials (including payment!) due by 5:00 PM.
- Monday, November 13th, 2023 — Acceptance Announcements! Audition results will be emailed to directors by this date.
- Friday, December 1st, 2023 — Acceptance Deadline. All acceptance paperwork and fees due by 11:59 PM.
- Thursday, February 8th, and Friday, February 9th, 2024 — All State Festival at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver
- Friday, February 9th, 2024 — All State Concert at the Bellco Theatre, 7:00 PM
