Please read below to see how your group can take advantage of everything from displaying event information on Denverconvention.com to utilizing our social media.

Digital Marketing

A Concourse Digital Screens

As part of your rental package, we are happy to provide a variety of inhouse digital assets, including our A Concourse wall 90” screens. There are 10 screens that rotate images every 30 seconds. To take advantage of utilizing these screens for your event, please see the specs and instructions below.

Before utilizing these screens, please view A Concourse on this map to ensure the location will work for your event.

Please make note, other groups in the building will also be utilizing these screens unless the entire building is being utilized for your event and in that case, you will be the only group utilizing these screens along with convention center content.

A Concourse Hallway Screen Specs:

  • 1920 pixels wide a 1080 pixels tall
  • 150 dpi
  • .jpeg only (note, two of the screens have Twitter feed capabilities)
  • Submit up to 4 images. There will be convention center images in rotation with any images submitted.
  • For consumer shows, please include AXS.com for ticketing.

Please allow 1-2 business days for scheduling.

Social Marketing

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are of the largest and most interactive social media sites in the world that people can use to connect with. The Colorado Convention Center has over thousands of fans from the Denver area and uses Facebook/Twitter to interact with the Denver community. If you do not choose to submit content and your event is "public" we will automatically include your group and event in a WELCOME post on our Facebook page to let the community know what's in house.

Please include any Twitter information at the bottom of the post. For example:

  • Twitter handle: @CCCBlueBear
  • Hashtags: #CCCMeetings, #CCCBlueBear, etc,

If you are taking advantage of Facebook posts, it is highly advised that you LIKE the Convention Center's Facebook page, and FOLLOW us on Twitter so we can also like your posts for cross marketing purposes.

Please note that content submitted may be slightly modified to engage the community. Tips on successful posts include keeping content short, being engaging, including links to your site, and including photos.

Over 50,000 unique visitors view http://www.denverconvention.com on a monthly basis as well as attendees use our website as a resource for venue and event information. We would love for your group to take advantage of the opportunity and be placed on our calendar listing.
