Building Services Worker
General Summary:
This position is a labor-intensive position. It involves the movement and placement of large quantities of facility furniture including, but not limited to chairs, tables, stanchions, wall panels, dollies, etc., and other related equipment up to 75 pounds. A degree of decision-making is required involving the transport and set-up/dismantle of equipment for safety and efficiency reasons.

Building Engineer - Event Foreman
General Summary:
Coordinate event service needs of clients. Coordinate maintenance projects with shift Engineers. Provide technical and physical support for shift Engineers. Spot check PM’s to ensure proper adherence to industry standards. Perform all building operator regular duties when needed, including for coverage of paid time off. Maintain shop supplies and cleanliness.

General Summary:
The Security Surveillance Agent is tasked with the monitoring and documenting and identifying any and all suspicious activity, monitoring the patterns of peoples in and around the building. Also documenting and bookmarking any incidents or injuries making notes of the occurrence and circumstances around them.

Guest Services Greeter
General Summary:
The Guest Services Greeter shall greet and guide CCC and Bellco Theatre guests to the requested locations. Greeter shall maintain an excellent public image for the Center as well as Bellco Theatre, and shall interact with employees, patrons, and vendors regarding amenities, art, policies, procedures and overall operating guidelines of Legends Global/CCC.
