Building Engineer - Event Foreman

General Summary:

Coordinate event service needs of clients. Coordinate maintenance projects with shift Engineers. Provide technical and physical support for shift Engineers. Spot check PM’s to ensure proper adherence to industry standards. Perform all building operator regular duties when needed, including for coverage of paid time off. Technical Services Technician

General Summary:

This is a skilled labor position for the operation, installation, dismantle, repair and maintenance of facility audio systems, dimmable lighting systems, rigging and staging systems, and the set-up, dismantle of client provided audio, video and lighting and rigging systems. Staff must be able to operate and trouble-shoot computerized Audio/Visual systems and equipment. This position is also required to operate high-lifts, forklifts and other material handling equipment as requested. Additional responsibilities and tasks are assigned according to the needs of the client and the event. This position is governed by a contract between IATSE #7 and Legends Global.

Building Services Worker

General Summary

This position is a labor-intensive position. It involves the movement and placement of large quantities of facility furniture including, but not limited to chairs, tables, stanchions, wall panels, dollies, etc., and other related equipment up to 75 pounds. A degree of decision-making is required involving the transport and set-up/dismantle of equipment for safety and efficiency reasons.

Housekeeper

General Summary

This is standard performance level manual work involving routine cleaning maintenance. Under normal supervision, within a standardized work situation, the housekeeper performs duties common to the line of work.
