Building Engineer - Event Foreman
General Summary:
Coordinate event service needs of clients. Coordinate maintenance projects with shift Engineers. Provide technical and physical support for shift Engineers. Spot check PM’s to ensure proper adherence to industry standards. Perform all building operator regular duties when needed, including for coverage of paid time off. Maintain shop supplies and cleanliness.

General Summary:
This is standard performance level manual work involving routine cleaning maintenance. Under normal supervision, within a standardized work situation, the housekeeper performs duties common to the line of work. Receives assignments and instruction in the performance of non-routine duties and takes unusual problems to the supervisor for resolution. This position is a labor-intensive position. It involves the movement and placement of large quantities of facility furniture including, but not limited to chairs, tables, stanchions, wall panels, dollies, etc., and other related equipment up to 75 pounds.
